| The Fire Safety Regulatory
Reform Order (FSRRO) has now come into effect. It a LEGAL requirement for
ALL business operators to undertake a full fire risk assessment. The
legislation specifies that it is the business owner or controller who
is responsible, and NOT the property owner.
Spencer-Fire have invested heavily in training their
consultants to be able to undertake Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's) in all
