Fire Risk Assessments
The Fire Safety Regulatory Reform Order (FSRRO) has now come into effect. It a LEGAL requirement for ALL business operators to undertake a full fire risk assessment. The legislation specifies that it is the business owner or controller who is responsible, and NOT the property owner.

Spencer-Fire have invested heavily in training their consultants to be able to undertake Fire Risk Assessments (FRA's) in all types of buildings and all types of business. Spencer-Fire provide a unique service when undertaking FRA's which includes:

FULL assessment of processes undertaken

Consultation with staff

FULL fire and emergency equipment audit including alarm test

Assessment of escape routes and their protection

Fire Extinguisher Audit

Detailed report with recommendations and (if appropriate) budget costs

FREE re-evaluation after any recommendations have been carried out

FREE Thirty-Day telephone or email advise

All reports etc. are presented in an A4 binder, clearly labelled Fire Risk Assessment which includes pages for Fire Log Book entries.
